Marine Parade

This building was yet another victim of decades of exposure to the elements, but the primary task was underpinning the entire block. We excavated over 6,000 cubic metres of sandstone which is a serious amount of rock.

With the underpinning done, we created brand new penthouses with expansive ocean views on the top of the building.

New features to the block were an underground parking area with new lift access to all units, shower facilities downstairs and outside for residents returning from the beach, and smart new balconies facing the ocean.
