About This Project

Achieving a 1st Place nomination, our Belgravia project incorporates a vibrant blend of luxury and functionality to produce a beautiful ecological design.

This boutique block of 12 residences is situated in a sought after pocket in Rose Bay. Designed by MHN Design Union and interiors by Lawless & Meyerson, this project is the definition of elegant.

Artfully conceived architecture offers an organic nuance to Belgravia’s facade. A striking piece of contemporary architecture, setting a new standard for design in this sought-after neighbourhood.

Lawless and Meyerson bring an effortless sense of luxury to this development with Herringbone parquetry and timber veneer joinery, framing magnificent marble throughout. The marriage of rich textures and an earthy colour palette amplify the sense of space and offer a natural aesthetic that compliments any taste.

Carrara marble brick mosaics bring an earthy texture to bathrooms, complimented by timber veneer joinery and honed Marble tiles. Brushed metal tap ware and heated towel rails further enhance the sense of luxury. The subtle colour palette and tactile finishes are the hallmark of one of Sydney’s leading interior design firms.

Open plan living at its feng shui finest: seamless indoor/outdoor design that beckons residents and guests out of doors and invites natural sunlight in. Expansive living spaces, magnificent organic finishes and thoughtful attention to detail typify this elegant Rose Bay development.
