Gordon Avenue

Back in 2007 we were called in to do some renovation and fixing up of this large private house. Some years later the owners came to the decision that while they adored the location, the building didn’t really match it.

So we came back and rebuilt the house entirely. The owners are discerning people and the attention to detail in the home is immaculate – from the major sandstone works on the exterior to the exquisite custom joinery on the inside.

We also built an extension to the house in sympathetic style, so it now seems part of the original building. The home would be worth currently in the order of $8 million.
